Chicken Tikka Masala

Ingredients

1 lb Boneless chicken (1/2 kg approx, cut into cubes)

4 tsp Store bought tikka masala paste

2 large Onions, chopped fine.

2 cans diced tomatoes

2 T Oil (more if needed to saute onions)

Ciantro leaves (for garnishing)


Instructions

Saute onions in oil until soft. Add tikka paste and the chicken and saute briefly.

Add tomatoes and simmer 20 -30 minutes.

Serve with rice or naan.
