Grandma Lucille's homemade Gnocchi

4 cups instant mashed potatoes (3 cups prepared)
3 to 4 cups flour
2 egg yolks

turn hot potatoes onto board. Work in flour and eggs with hands. Roll into ropes as thick as Thumbs. Cut into 1 inch pieces and press with floured fork tines. Drop into boiling salted water to cook.
