Slow cooker pork loin with Fall veggies

Pork loin cut in a couple pieces
1 acorn squash
2-3 small apples
4-6 turnips
1 celeriac bulb
1/2 large onion
1 carrot
1T of stone ground mustard
1 1/2 cups of veggie or chicken broth
1T of cider vinegar
1 clove of garlic
1 tsp fresh thyme
1 teaspoon fresh sage
Salt and pepper to preference

Cut the veggies in cubes or slices and place in the bottom of the cooker, pour the liquid around the veggies, season the meat and place in the cooker on top of veggies. Cook on high for 4 hours or low 6-7 hours.
